Danny and his team are fantastic and do everything to a high standard. Danny managed the whole project and kept us informed on everything they were doing. The quality of Dannys plastering is absolutely remarkable, we also used the whole team (plastering, electrics, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, painting and roofing) and they are all very professional. They make sure they clean up at the end of each day and are very friendly and courteous. It was a large project and Danny said he would finish it before Christmas, and he did not let us down. We would highly recommend their services and will use them again.

Phoned Danny late on a Monday night when noticed the boiler was leaking. He arranged for an engineer to come around the following day to give a quote and make safe the boiler. Quote agreed and new boiler fitted within days. Great service.

We needed the deteriorating render on some exterior walls to our house replaced with lime render. When Danny came round to quote, we knew he was the guy for the job. He really knew his stuff and he talked us through the process. He also suggested we spoke to previous customers to get their view on him (we even went round and checked out some of his work!). He project-managed every aspect and ensured that all work (including that of various other tradesmen he brought in to assist) was carried out to a high standard and with real care for our Victorian property. As you might expect, an old building threw up various challenges but nothing phased Danny and he sorted it all out, keeping us appraised all along. All round top bloke! Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Danny and his team have completed a full kitchen refit for us and we are really pleased with the end result. The standards of work he and his team work to are excellent. Would highly recommend.

Once again I have called upon Danny as I have used Crossin Plasterers Property Services before we have had fantastic service from him so I called him as we wanted new flooring danny came round and told us what he could do for us ie take up and remove old tiles then the floor needed to be levelled and skirting repainted in hallway and kitchen and bathroom then new flooring laid Danny and his Team done a fantastic job would highly recommend I would not hesitate to call him

Crossin Plasterers were assigned to carry out works at my property following a soil stack leak in a loft bathroom. They stripped out everything and replaced insulation, floor boards and all the tiling etc. as well as fitting a new bath and shower and re-instating my sink and toilet.
It looks great and my daughter is extremely happy. They turned up as and when they said, worked tidily and cleared up afterwards. Well done. Looking forward to getting the rest done. -
I would highly recommend Danny and his team. They replaced a lounge ceiling following a water leak from our bathroom above. Danny communicated throughout the work and it it was completed to a very high standard. Danny and his team were very professional, friendly and cared for the rest of our home leaving it clean and tidy. Danny went above and beyond ensuring we were happy with the work. A stress free experience.

This is the third time we have used Crossin Plasterers and every time the work has be spot on. Danno Crossin and his team are polite, professional in every way. Their attitude is first class and they work very hard. I would not hesitate to highly recommend to anyone that needs their home improved to such high standards.

Danny skimmed ceilings in 2 rooms and the hall stairs and landing, fitted spot lights and redecorated. We used Danny because he was recommended by a friend. His quote was not the cheapest but we wanted a good finish. We were very pleased with all of the work which was done to a very good standard. They were professional, clean and easy to deal with. Overall we were happy that we decided to use Danny and would not hesitate to recommend them. Ended up to be very good value for money!

I bought a large, four-bedroom house in a very rundown state, and hired Crossin Plasterers Property Services to do a full house renovation. Everything including a new kitchen, new bathroom, downstairs toilet, plastering all walls and ceilings, central heating refurbishment, electrics, lighting, flooring, tiling, painting, new stairs, new doors, new electric fireplace, new coat cupboards and also building a large new en-suite.
All work was extremely professional and finished to an extremely high standard in a timely and professional, very organised manner.
Danno kept me fully informed at all times and was very transparent and approachable. All communications were excellent, clear and I was kept up-to-date on all things all the time. Everything was fully explained and went really smoothly.
Having such a professional company doing this work was absolutely worth every penny. The project management was seamless. As a busy family, working full-time, with young kids, and having very little experience in this sort of thing, Crossin Plasterers Property Services were invaluable. I absolutely couldn’t have managed this myself – it would have been a total mess in comparison, absorbed all my waking hours and been an utter stressful nightmare. Instead it has been a great experience, no stress whatsoever, and has run like clockwork.
I’m so pleased and happy with the work and would not hesitate – and have not hesitated to recommend Crossin Plasterers Property Services to others. -
